点评：We arrived down a dirt track surrounded but sunflowers, corn and other crops to this lovely small olive oil / wine distillery. We were met by the delightful Ramon who was so welcoming. He explained about the production of the oil and then went to see the trees. Was fascinating hearing about the different trees and what they were used for. We then went to the grapes and found out about the different types. Loved picking the figs… omg the sweetest we’ve ever tasted and the smell of the fresh lemon. Once back inside we were shown and explained to about the wine production.
Ramon was a delight explained everything so well. After A couple of large wine tasters, delicious oil , cheese, sausage and bread we were able to buy this fantastic oil and some wine.
I would really recommend this tour which is so personnel and informative give by a man who cares about the environment and his produce.

翻译：我们沿着一条土路，周围环绕着向日葵、玉米和其他农作物，来到了这家可爱的小型橄榄油/葡萄酒酿造厂。热情好客的拉蒙接待了我们。他讲解了橄榄油的生产过程，然后带我们参观了橄榄树。了解不同橄榄树的种类和用途真是令人着迷。之后，我们又去了葡萄园，了解了不同品种的葡萄。采摘无花果真是太棒了……天哪，这是我们吃过最甜的无花果，还有新鲜柠檬的香气。回到室内后，拉蒙向我们展示了葡萄酒的酿造过程，并讲解了相关知识。
拉蒙非常热情，讲解得非常透彻。品尝了几款大杯葡萄酒、美味的橄榄油、奶酪、香肠和面包后，我们买了一些品质上乘的橄榄油和葡萄酒。
我强烈推荐这次参观，拉蒙是一位关心环境和农产品的企业家，他讲解得既细致又信息丰富。
