Manila Bay: Seaside Blvd nice idea ruined by neglect

点评：Seaside Blvd has so much potential — great layout, nice ambiance, and a solid selection of restaurants and bars. It’s clearly designed to be a relaxing spot for locals and tourists alike. BUT… the moment you glance out at Manila Bay, the illusion shatters.
The water stinks. Literally. The smell hits you before you even get close, and it only gets worse. The shoreline is full of trash — plastic, bottles, food containers — floating in the water and piling up along the edges. It’s honestly heartbreaking to see such a promising area treated like a dumping ground.
It’s not enough to build nice establishments and hope for the best. If private companies are profiting from the foot traffic and tourism here, they must work with the government to clean up the bay and maintain it. This isn't just an eyesore — it’s an environmental disaster and a major turnoff for anyone hoping to enjoy a day by the sea.
