Interesting history of a beautiful building.

点评：My husband and I recently booked onto the guided tour of the State Theatre, at the very reasonable rate of $25 per person. We weren’t sure what to expect, but what we got was an interesting look into history of a building, its people and the joy that it brought so many.
Stuart was our guide and he had an absolute wealth of knowledge, I think only two people asked questions which is unusual for a tour, but he simply had so much information that there was no need to pepper him with questions he was answering everything we could have asked.
The building as an interesting past, with a string of performers, developers wanting to knock it down and even the crime that took place inside the walls.
I highly recommend this tour if you are in town, it was 90mins that flew by and I have no doubt you could fill even longer.
