£180 for B&B? It should have been perfect, it was not....

点评：I was invited to a family wedding reception and decided it would be easier to stay overnight at the venue. No option to book a room on the website, so I tried to phone up. No option to speak to someone about accommodation - just golf , accounts, events .....left several messages. Someone called back but said fill in the form we have emailed - impossible! Eventually, called on a Saturday, and a human being answered!! Sorted the room out, to the cost of £180 for single occupancy! Sharp intake of breath, but whatever. I knew check in would be slightly later but I didn't get into my room until 7 pm. Glad I didn't need to get changed or shower. TV had about 3 channels and then wouldn't turn off / bulb missing in one of the bedside lights / entrance to the room was by the bins and my wake up call on Sunday, was staff arriving and glass being thrown out, at 6 am / the curtains had been hung the wrong way / dusty and lots of cobwebs. Wet room looked good, but I stubbed my toe on the small wall by the shower. (See photos). Breakfast was ok, but not high end as the price of room would suggest. Very, very disappointing 😞
翻译：我受邀参加一个家庭婚礼招待会，觉得在婚礼场地过夜比较方便。网站上没有预订房间的选项，所以我尝试打电话。结果没有住宿相关的选项——只有高尔夫、财务、活动……我留了好几条信息。有人回电了，但让我填写他们发给我的表格——这根本不可能！最后，我在周六打了个电话，终于有人接了！房间搞定了，单人间要180英镑！我倒吸了一口凉气，不过算了。我知道入住时间会晚一些，但直到晚上7点我才进房间。还好不用换衣服或洗澡。电视只有三个频道，而且关不掉/床头灯的灯泡掉了/房间入口就在垃圾桶旁边，周日早上6点，我被工作人员的到来和扔玻璃的声音吵醒/窗帘挂反了/房间里灰尘很多，到处都是蜘蛛网。浴室看起来不错，但我不小心踢到了淋浴间旁边的小墙，脚趾头撞到了。（见照片）。早餐还可以，但和房间价格不符，感觉不够高档。非常非常失望😞
