Disappointed in food
露天电影院的点评
点评：We come to the Open Air Cinema every year. It’s a very special event for us, one we really look forward to.
We purchased Summer House Dining this year, ticket cost $99 which includes movie, reserved seating for the movie but does not include any food or drink. Set price menu $140 per person with a few options for entree, main and dessert. No alcohol or other drinks are included in this price. We were expecting great food to arrive due to the premium price.
The food was ABYSMAL is the only way to describe it. Calamari entree which came with chunks of calamari, barely cooked on a metal skewer atop something like a salsa verde was definitely below average. Next was the fish, blue eyed cod done in a Mediterranean style. The fish was overcooked and horrible. When we pointed this out to our waiter he was more than happy to ask for a replacement meal. Next fish was also overcooked!! The dessert was only just okay. By the time we added a bottle of wine the price of our evening was about $600. We wouldn’t mind so much if the food was delicious.
We enjoyed our night but left feeling very disappointed at the cost and standard of food.
