点评：Calmsley Hill City Farm is a fantastic destination for families! We booked our tickets online but we still needed to line up when we arrived, despite a long but quickly moving queue. The farm is clean with clean facilities for adults, children and babies. Kids will adore the roaming chickens and interactive animal feeding experiences. You can feed the sheep and goats but it was a bit crowded with no supervision from staff, so it was a bit overwhelming for my granddaughter of 1 year and 7 months.
The farm is home to cows, horses, ducks, chickens, a camel, ponies, pigs, kangaroos, wombats, goannas, rabbits, and so much more. We bought food from the small take away shop and it was ok but you can take a picnic and have it there in the many picnic tables free of charge. While the on-site takeaway food was average, the picnic option is a great alternative.
The tractor ride was a bit of a letdown, short and dusty There is hardly anything to see apart from two water ponds/dams and 4 to 5 animals in the distance, disappointing. You will need to buy your tractor ride tickets when you enter the farm and it will have the time when you can take the ride. They will not let you take the ride at an earlier time.
However, the farm's animal encounters and relaxed atmosphere make it a great spot for kids to learn and have fun.
