The Historic Everett Theatre的点评
点评：The facility is good but customer support is non existent. I purchased tickets for Peter Rivera for May 11, 2024 which was rescheduled for June 29, 2024.
I was unable to attend the rescheduled event. I emailed and left voice messages with the box office on multiple occasions. I never received a response. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. I again made attempts to contact the box office. I heard nothing.
I am thoroughly disappointed in the theatre. I have supported them throughout the years even living almost three hours away (if traffic is moving). I have supported local businesses including hotels and restaurants.
It's unfortunate but poor customer service has won over and I will no longer support this theatre nor supporting businesses.
