点评：Terrible.
The pool was freezing so I went into the jacuzzi. When I stepped out there were 2 chunks of someone's foot calluses stuck to my foot. It made me feel sick.
I went for my treatments to find the beauty therapist hadn't made the couch up. That wasn't a big deal but the fact that she just made it in front of me with the dirty towels and blankets from the customer before was disgusting. I'm certain that it must be standard practice there, as she didn't even think about it. Just straightened up the towels.
After that I went to get dressed to go home. I stopped to use the toilets. The walls were dented in the cubicle, like someone had kicked them. There was no toilet tissue and the floor was flooded with over flowing toilet water. It desperately needs decorating.
This was my first ever spa day and I never want to have one again after this experience.
