点评：Beautiful park and wonderful time however I want express my disappointment with the unprofessional and rude behavior we experienced from the staff member at the entrance booth during our recent visit.
We received free tickets for park entry via email, which we had printed out to present upon arrival. However, the Russian woman at the entrance booth—who spoke Russian to us—ripped our printed tickets and rudely stated that we could not use them, insisting we had to purchase tickets instead. She went as far as to shame us for having received the tickets for free.
After we proceeded to the ticket counter and showed the email confirmation, we were immediately granted free entrance as promised and without issue. This incident left us questioning why this staff member felt the need to act in such an arrogant and dismissive manner, especially when we had valid documentation.
It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing to encounter such treatment at a venue known for its beauty and cultural significance. Guests should feel welcomed and respected, not berated or humiliated.
