Had high hopes but got disappointed.

点评：We communicated via their website and WhatsApp to book day passes online, which includes "Your spot on our stunning beach is waiting, complete with a comfortable lounge chair and umbrella." I verified that they had spaces left. We arrived there were no more spaces left, they gave us a dining table with chairs, they promised to give us lounge chairs and umbrella when spots opened but they never did and when asking about it they were rude and dismissive.
Relaxing atmosphere, the beach was clean and the sand soft. The food was good and drink service ok, be careful when ordering they will give you the most expensive liquor and biggest drink they have without asking and their exchange rate Pesos/Dollar was horrendous. I asked when we left if we could get some refund as they did not deliver as promised, no was the answer and the lady at the desk said that first come first serve was their policy... Experience was not the best, and we will not go back again, and I would not bring the kids it's more an adult place. And be aware the taxi is $30 for 1-4 and $60 dollars for 5-6 people one-way from the cruise port.
