点评:Went to watch Kylie in concert. Got to our seats in the wheelchair platform area in plenty of time. Missed most of the supporting act due to people arriving late. We were on the end of the row so had people constantly going down then back up the stairs as there was no access to the floor seating down these stairs. But staff didn’t bother informing customers as they entered the arena they decided to do this by standing right in front on us at the stop on the stairs and on the wheelchair platform instead of standing behind on the platform so not blocking anyone’s view.
We then had issues with the vip suits opposite as every time they opened their door we were blinded by the light. Staff were well aware of this issue but nothing had been resolved.
Then when Kylie came on we had no issues with the people in front of us standing but the people in the row in front and to the right completely blocked the view of the wheelchair user seeing the stage. No consideration for people who are unable to stand at all. People were still coming in after she had started and walking into the back of the electric wheelchair as if it was invisible.
We also had the blue metal bars at the end of the stairs for the upper section blocking part of the view to the stage as well.
So purchasing seats which had no restrictions in view, we had metal railings blocking our view, staff members standing and talking in front of us blocking our view then others blocking our view. We had waited such a long time to see Kylie to then not even see her.
People need to show some consideration to other people not just people in wheelchairs. Both customers and arena staff.
