Nice campground close to neighboring city
Dash Point State Park的点评
点评：Nice camp site with a lot of trees and bushes that help keep site private. We drove to the beach which is directly across the highway. We visited the beach at lowtide and you had to wade thru some seaweed but the view is spectacular and the water is shallow for at least 50 yards. There’s a lot of benches available and a restroom and outdoor showers. If you don’t have a discovery pass parking is $10. The campground has 3 bathrooms throughout the park and they’re nice. The bathhouse has a total of 4 showers with good pressure and lots of hot water. Most are f the roads are one way and narrow so you had to be extremely cautious because a lot of kids were on scooters or bicycles. Our camp hosts Jill and Patty were awesome; they drove around regularly to check on sites and guests and the park rangers also made a lot of rounds. Very safe and clean campground. We highly recommended. The noise from cars (road next to entrance) or overhead aircraft didn’t really bother us and we’ll return again in the future
