Best botanical garden we have ever been to!
ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden的点评
点评：My husband and I spent about 3 hours checking out the botanical garden and the aquarium. We are from the Chicago area and have visited the Shedd Aquarium and the Chicago Botanical Garden numerous times and were not expecting this place to even come close to those. Boy, were we wrong!
This botanical garden was outstanding! We couldn’t get over the number of exhibits and the wide range of plant life - from Southwest succulents to tropical plants to Japanese gardens with koi ponds to edible gardens. The farm area was neat with the various animals. The children’s garden area was creative and our kids would have loved it when they were little. The bugarium was cool with the assortment of bugs and critters from all over the world. The paths within the gardens were very well maintained. The place is huge!
We were also surprised by the aquarium as we weren’t expecting much. We loved the area that you walk through and the fish are swimming on all sides, including overhead. Afterwards, we stopped at the cafe for lunch and the food was really good. We thought the candy straws were an ingenious idea and had never seen those before. I highly recommend you spend an afternoon at this beautiful place!
