We were looking forward to a whale watching tour with them on Sunday, August 31. We were in Gaspe on a cruise. Our cruise provider did not advise us ahead of time that Gaspe would be a tender port, and despite being in group #1 tender, we were unable to get off the ship in time for our 11am tour. We emailed and phoned Cap Adventure from the lineup inside cruise ship and they replied immediately. They refunded our money.
One of the best ways you can judge a company is how they handle a situation when things go wrong. This situation told me that Cap Adventure scores a 10/10 for customer service. When we return to Gaspe with a car (which we definitely will), we'll be sure to book an excursion with Cap Adventure.
