High Praise for Staff at Saffron Hall

点评：I cannot rate the staff more highly during a trip to see Buddy at Saffron Hall yesterday. Too late to purchase a disabled ticket for my Mum for the afternoon performance, I asked if I could accompany her into the theatre and help her into her seat as I myself was not attending until the evening performance. The staff could not have been more helpful and caring from calling the Theatre Manager and offering alternative seating to providing support and checking in with her throughout the performance. The staff could not have been more helpful, put my mind at rest and made the afternoon a terrific experience for my parents. It is rare to attend an event where disabled people are shown such care and courtesy. I would highly recommend Saffron Hall if you are looking for somewhere with plenty of disabled parking, dropped kerbs, a drop-off and pick-up point, and step free access and seating within the theatre. High praise for a wonderful venue, facilities and fabulous staff. Thank you to all at Saffron Hall.
