Lovely walk terrible cafe!!

点评：Lovely views and walk however ruined by a trip to the cafe! Firstly when we ordered we were told that it would be a little longer wait due to waiting for the bacon to cook for the breakfast, that was fine we were in no rush. However when it came I was told ohh we have no bacon so I’ve put extra tomato and sausage on, I had asked for it without tomatoes and it came with double. When we told her she rolled her eyes and replied ohh well it said no mushroom, anyway off she went muttering to the other girl who was actually really nice. If we had been told there was no bacon I’d of got a sausage sandwich instead of paying £11 for half a breakfast. After waiting about 15 minutes for some mushrooms the others had finished they’re sandwich and poached eggs which was very over cooked and hard, I’d asked to cancel the breakfast and have a refund to which seem to cause quite a problem, the nice girl on the counter popped into the kitchen to say I wanted to cancel it, then out marches the grumpy one with a face on saying well it’s coming now, after me saying no it’s fine they’ve finished now I’m not eating on my own that caused yet more muttering and eye rolling due to her not knowing how to do a refund so spent 20 minutes on the phone then came to the table and said put the card on the end.no manners No apology or anything. Really poor food extremely poor service, management really need to be looking at the cafe. We were the first people in when the doors opened it was dirty the cutlery was dirty just overall really poor.
