Oi-Qaragai Mountain Resort的点评
点评：We recently had a family vacation at Oi qaraghai Mountain Resort, and for the most part, it was enjoyable. However, one concerning incident left us feeling unsafe and disappointed with the resort's response.
While walking with my daughters towards the horseback riding area, we encountered an employee using a weed whacker. Unfortunately, due to careless operation, the weed whacker dislodged two stones. One struck my first daughter’s foot directly, causing pain and the other hit my second Doughters right next to the eye leaving her injured, narrowly missed her eye, which could have resulted in a serious injury.
The hotel staff was called, and the head of safety arrived with a medical personnel. The medic treated the wound, but we were deeply disappointed by the safety manager's refusal to offer any form of compensation or any action.
This incident raises a red flag about potential safety hazards at the resort. Weed whackers, if not used properly, can propel debris and pose a danger to guests, especially children. The resort needs to ensure proper training and supervision for staff using such equipment.
Furthermore, the resort's refusal to acknowledge the severity of the situation and offer any form of compensation was disappointed. It left us feeling like the resort did not prioritize our safety or well-being.
We hope they reconsider their customer service approach in situations where guest safety is compromised.
