点评：Great spa but food was disappointing.
Good welcome at the spa. Reception staff are welcoming and helpful.
Changing room was clean and plenty of free locker space.
Spa experience drinks package has reduced drastically since I last visited. Basic options available, no quality juice options like before.
Spa facilities were good, pool areas clean and lovely relaxing music playing.
Food options were disappointing. Surcharge on multiple options. Unless you are vegetarian, you need to pay extra for a slice of bacon or a piece of chicken. Salad bar looked old and stale. Chicken was grey, fish lacked colour. Coleslaw; mushy and grey. I ordered the whipped goats cheese starter. This needs renaming to beetroot with a hint of goats cheese as that’s really what it is. Pre-cooked non seasoned or flavoured beetroot sliced and served with more pumpkin seeds than goats cheese. This is the photo attached. Really disappointing lack of quality.
Serving staff in restaurant were welcoming and friendly but bar staff more interested in hiding in back kitchen than to serve waiting guests.
Overall great visit. Food quality and additional surcharges have let the spa down.
