点评：Nestled among beautifully landscaped grounds, the atmosphere is peaceful and tranquil. We meticulously plan all our birthday celebrations at spa hotels in London or within a two-hour drive, seeking the perfect blend of relaxation and indulgence. Most of the time, we are disappointed with the facilities offered and dissatisfied.
Pennyhill, The Grove, and Coworth Park lacked what Nirvana Collection now offers.
However, in our last few visits, Nirvana Spa was just right. Still, unfortunately, staying in typical commercial 4-5 star hotels that lacked the personal touch in customer service we desired left us disconnected. This time, however, we were thrilled to learn that Nirvana was unveiling its own hotel, and we had high hopes that our expectations would be met.
The hotel staff members were amiable, and VESELA worked tirelessly to coordinate all our unique requests, and JAMES, the Head Chef, exceeded our expectations with his culinary artistry. We are already looking forward to our stay in September, having booked six rooms, and we plan to continue our tradition of one-night spa retreats every few months.
Congratulations to the BAILEY family for their dedication and passion in restoring this historical gem. The attention and care they have poured into creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff are evident, enhancing the overall experience. Bravo! 👏
I hope they bring in some interesting aspects for children, like horse riding, and offer some farm recreational activities
