点评：After reading reviews, we were a bit wary about booking and didn't know what to expect on the day. However, we had the best time! My friend and I visited the spa on a Sunday - arriving at 10am and leaving around 8. I am the type of person who struggles to sit down and relax, but I wasn't bored all day and genuinely felt relaxed! There are so many areas to choose from, with the Colosseum pool being our favourite place to go. The dead salt pool was such a weird, but amazing experience! The hydropool was lovely and warm, although you couldn't be in there too long. It would be good to have more seating in the pool as there is only a bit in the middle. The lunch was lovely, although the salad part wasn't that exciting and we didn't think there was much to choose from in there, so we went for the starter and main option instead as part of our package. The flatbreads were also an option which looked great! I was also really impressed that Diet Coke was available all day as part of the package (as an avid Diet Coke drinker this was a great selling point haha!). You can change robes and towels as many times as you like, which was great as sitting in a wet robe waiting for it to dry isn't pleasant, so this was a great perk. The only thing I would like to see improvement on is the showers in the changing rooms. When a few are being used, they aren't that hot or powerful, and without adjustable shower heads, it took forever to rinse my shampoo out of my hair. Also, a special mention to Summer who carried out my treatment (facial) - it was the best facial I've had, so calming and relaxing. Summer was so lovely and polite as well and my skin was glowing afterwards, so thank you!
翻译：看了评论之后，我们预订的时候还有点忐忑，不知道当天会是什么情况。不过，我们玩得非常开心！我和朋友周日去了这家水疗中心，早上10点到的，晚上8点左右离开。我平时很难静下心来放松，但那天我一点也不觉得无聊，反而感觉很放松！水疗中心有很多区域可以选择，我们最喜欢的是罗马斗兽场泳池。死盐池的体验很奇特，但又很神奇！水疗池很舒服也很温暖，不过不能待太久。如果泳池里能多一些座位就更好了，因为只有中间有一小块地方可以坐。午餐很不错，虽然沙拉部分比较普通，选择也不多，所以我们选择了套餐里的前菜和主菜。扁面包也是个不错的选择，看起来很棒！套餐里全天供应健怡可乐这一点真的让我印象深刻（我本人就是健怡可乐的忠实粉丝，这简直太吸引我了哈哈！）。浴袍和毛巾可以随意更换，这一点很棒，因为穿着湿漉漉的浴袍等着它晾干可不好受，所以这项服务非常贴心。唯一需要改进的地方是更衣室里的淋浴。当几个人同时使用时，水温不够高，水流也不够强劲，而且淋浴喷头不能调节，所以冲洗头发上的洗发水要花很长时间。另外，还要特别感谢Summer，她为我做了面部护理——这是我做过的最棒的面部护理，非常舒缓放松。Summer本人也特别可爱有礼，护理后我的皮肤容光焕发，非常感谢！
