点评:Once again a small group (15) of seniors booked and paid for one of the packages available at this time of the year. This group has been coming for several years. We usually come for two games of ten pin bowling followed by their Festive Meal of 3 courses. Our organiser had submitted the food choices of all those attending.
We all arrived for the 2pm start. First sign of problems occurred when the bowling screens above the bowling lanes were blank and no one appeared to know how to fix them. Then part way through the bowling our poor harassed organiser announced that the establishment had lost our food orders despite them being submitted well in advance. Worse was to come when there was no one on site capable of resolving the issues. We were offered something from a bar menu with very limited choice.
There were problems last year but we just haven’t learned that this establishment is not worth considering at this time of year. Hopefully they will read this, doubt it, and give us some explanation of why they are so badly organised.
