Durlston Country Park的点评
点评：I recently visited Durlston country park on 10th October 2024. I was with my brother and sister and we are all over 50 years old. I have mobility issues so I hired the Tramper to get around as my mobility scooter is not powerful enough. We were enjoying the views and scenery until we reach the bottom before the Lighthouse. I am afraid of dogs and have been since a child, a dog not on a lead ran up to me I told the owner that I was scared of dogs, yet she did not try to stop the dog. My sister got in front of me and the dog jumped up in her face a couple of times. We again told the owner to hold on to her dog but she just laughed at us, she was joined by another dog walker who's dog was on a lead. The first dog walker continued to laugh at the fact I was scared of her dog, however she put her dog on a lead. We went back to the house as I was too shaken up to stay. The lady we spoke to was amazing and really understanding she stated that she would talk to the lady if she saw her! I have been here before but I will not be returning and neither will my family. This dog walker was clearly not following the Dog Policy, such a shame as we really love it here. For anyone who doesn't like dogs out of control do not go here, this ruined by trip hence the reason for the 2 star rating.
