点评：We had the absolute pleasure of being guided by Russell during our wine and cheese tasting at Chapel Down and what a treat it was! From the very start, Russell was warm, welcoming, and brilliantly informative. His knowledge of the wines (and the cheeses!) was exceptional, yet he delivered it all with such humour and charm that we found ourselves learning and laughing in equal measure.
The experience was fun, relaxed, and incredibly engaging thanks in large part to Russell's passion and expertise. Each wine and cheese was paired with just the right amount of history, flavour notes, and a few cheesy puns thrown in for good measure! 🧀🍷
