Staff rude/unprepared for show
市民银行球场的点评
点评：I think either the stadium isn't used to concerts, or was unprepared for the amount of people. I just saw the MCR show with friends and we all travelled from out of state for the show. There were little to no signs telling us where to queue for lines pre-show and at one point we saw a line be relocated so we walked over to ask about it and were met with a very rude staff member who yelled at us for being in the wrong line (how are we supposed to know when there are no signs, and staff havent informed us what lines are for what areas). Trading bracelets and photos pre-show is pretty standard nowadays and on multiple occasions we were rudely told by staff to get to our seats and not to loiter, even though it was atleast an hour before the opener. Getting *OUT* of the venue was another beast– they closed the entire left side without telling people so we had to wander back to the slow lull of people pushing out the right side. Someone in my group got stopped after the show to trade freebies and again a staff member snapped at me to keep moving and not linger in the stadium. When I told her that I was exiting with my group and that they were a second behind she got an attitude and told me it was her job to clear the stands.
Moreover most of the staff seemed annoyed that people didnt immediately know where to go or stadium item requirements (which is stupid because you should anticipate people travelling for a concert so they aren't used to your rules and restrictions). Large bags and e-cigs were prohibited and yet I still saw a lot of them inside and some people at the show said certain entrances were more lax about what you can take in which does not seem safe to me at all. I think this venue is not at all suited for anything other than baseball. Please do not see a concert here unless you love rude people and disorganization.
