Unsafe, Disorganized, and No Accountability
市民银行球场的点评
点评：I attended the Breezy Bowl concert at Citizens Bank Park and the entrance process was an absolute disaster. It took over two hours to get inside, there was zero communication from staff, and the crowd conditions became dangerous — at several points people were being pushed so hard that we were nearly trampled.
Because of this mismanagement, thousands of fans (including myself) missed part of the show we paid for. What makes it worse is that Citizens Bank Park clearly knows how to manage large crowds during Phillies games — so there’s no excuse for allowing this kind of chaos at a concert.
I submitted a complaint afterward and received no response at all. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. After this experience, I will never attend another event at this venue.
If you’re considering coming here for a concert, be warned: safety and customer care are clearly not priorities.
