点评:Over 2.5 hours in check-in queue, with only 1-2 desks out of 6 open for the entre time. Foe a bit there were 2 check-in desks but then reduced to one. A child fainted standing waiting. No assistance from staff. I felt faint from the long standing in the heat too. No chairs for old ,young, pregnant or weak. So far, the staff has been incredibly rude and dismissive when trying to find out where to go for check in, and have sent several visitors rudely back to queue when being asked if another check in desk can be opened. Awful start to an overnight bday stay. Lots of unhappy people around us .... Still standing in the heat in the queue.
To add, one customer tried to complain at information desk, cant complain either. Person was told nothing can be done as the boss is in Spain. What a ridiculous joke!!! People in back of queue will wait over 3.5 hours today for check in ....
