Arrogant rude staff, better service at McDonalds

点评：Having visited for many years, restaurant and wine tasting, what on earth has happened to the staff ??? So arrogant and rude !! Looked forward to a mid afternoon sit on terrace for wine tasting and purchase, tall young woman said we’d have to wait or drink inside, we couldn’t have a drink and then move outside, oh no, too much trouble to move 4 glasses of wine. There were a lot of tables empty outside that were still empty when we left. Her attitude was as if we’d visited McDonalds, rude, almost enjoyed telling us “no” several times. No smiles, no warm welcomes, just no, we felt like a huge inconvenience.
Having been so loyal, I was embarrassed for Delaire Graff, what on earth are you doing ? I’ve never felt the need to review anywhere much before, but was so sad to see this venue lower its standards. We left, more sad than angry, I won’t be back, as I’m clearly not welcome. So many lively places with warm welcomes, I don’t need to be treated like I’m boarding a Ryan Air flight, ashamed of you Delaire Graff
