Unfortunately, very disappointing.

点评：We travel from North Carolina to Ohio several times per year and have been stopping at this travel plaza for many years. This is the first time we have stopped since it has been renovated. It was not a good experience. The flow of traffic does not make any sense at all.
After exiting the highway and going down the long ramp to the plaza, you find a lot of parking. I suggest parking on this side of the plaza building
The car gas pumps have been moved to the front and right of the building. There is an attendant in a stand alone building. When we tried to get gas, more than 1/2 of the pumps were out of order. We found a pump that was working but it had a note saying that you must pre-pay and they were out of Premium gas.
We chose to drive past the plaza and park in the back. (I wanted to walk my dogs in the back) but in order to go to the back lot, you must funnel through a narrow parking area that has parking on both sides. One side of the parking area is handicap parking, which is great but there is also parking opposite and this is the main way to drive "in and out". There is a pedestrian crossing and cars are backing out of these parking spaces while cars are trying to go in and out. The drive-thru portion is only two lanes so it is very congested with lots of stop and go.
The inside is modern and nice and the bathrooms are conveniently located.
We grabbed a Wendy's lunch and left. We got gas further down the road and will not be stopping at this plaza again.
