Fabulous tour, flawless guide. One staff member needs an attitude check

点评:First things first: GRAZI LAURA!!! If this review were just about her, I’d give it 5 stars without hesitation. She was knowledgeable, engaging, funny, and made centuries of winemaking history feel fresh and exciting. Honestly she’s the reason we walked away with way more bottles than we planned. I’ve been on more wine tours than I can count (Napa, Sonoma, you name it), and she stands out as one of the very best guides I have ever had.
Now. Here’s why this is NOT a 5 star review: if I’m about to drop $$$ on wine (happily spending my money, don’t get me wrong) I expect at least a smile, a thank you, any sign of basic hospitality. Instead, we got what felt like a robotic transaction from the looong haired woman at the register (frankly don’t know her name).
Management — if you’re listening — you really need to reconsider who you’re putting at the front line of customer service. Because one disengaged staff member can take an otherwise perfecf experience down a notch!
