点评:I asked nicely 4 times over the past couple weeks, even talked on the phone to the company where they said they would refund me my $180. ("Breach of contract" - services not provided)
My family drove 2 hrs to parry sound, arriving to no one at the boat. I checked my email to see that an email of cancellation had been sent just 45 min prior when I was driving.
I assumed my money would automatically get refunded.
That was not the case. I called a few months later when I noticed no refund. And contacted right away. The man, asked oh we didnt go? ok I'll refund you. Asked for me to send details of the purchase, which I did promptly.
I had to ask two more times where he said he was busy, or that it will be sent tonight... and my latest request has gone silent.
I warned I would make posts, and nothing.
If you want this tripadvisor review changed parry sound cruise line, then send my money owed to me.
Its not my intent to harm, just want businesses to run honestly and ethically.
How many times has this happened to others who haven't checked their credit cards?
