点评:We booked a cruise 1-3 for 8 people, some took the day off work and out of town...but the captain was sick so no crusie as we all arrived there at 12:45
This can happen but I'd had conversations by email and phone prior to the day and was told he'd let us know 24 hours ahead if cancelled.
]We were hugely disappointed as I had no notice until we were at the dock!
We did a pivot and took the real Maid of the Mist tour in Niagara Falls. Life happens, we realize that, but were not notified and he said he did not have my phone number! NOT TRUE.
My daughters arrived a few minutes ahead of us, and were told that we could do the cruise the next day for free!
Needless to say, we did not, nor did I receive a reply confirming that when I emailed later that nite having just seen the email at 10 pm!!
I was pretty busy with guests when he sent it at 11:19 AM..SO DID NOT SEE THAT EMAIL AT THAT TIME..and I'm sure they knew the captain was sick earlier!!
I've seen good reviews here, and some not so good, and I'm sure this business venture will not be successful if this is the service, due to lack of communication given.
It was to be my birthday treat for my guests...and we are not happy with the handling of it by the owner!!
