Terrible experience – security staff are rude and aggressive

点评：Unfortunately, our experience at this place was deeply unpleasant and humiliating, and I feel the need to warn others.
We had a reservation, but because our last name is difficult to pronounce, they couldn’t find it at first. Instead of helping us calmly, the security staff spoke to us in an extremely aggressive and disrespectful way. They accused us of lying, told us to “get lost,” and treated both me and my husband with zero decency. After a while, they did find our reservation — but by then the damage was done.
The entire experience ruined not just our day, but cast a shadow over our vacation. It is unacceptable to treat paying guests this way.
My advice: avoid this place at all costs. No atmosphere is worth being mistreated like this. Spend your money somewhere where guests are welcomed with kindness, not insults.
