Top Fun Merimbula的点评
点评：I went to Top Fun to bowl with my grandson Monday requested 2 games paid $33 thought this was a bit strange as we had bowled two games on the Sunday and it was $40, however, I just assumed it cost more on the weekends.
We only received one game when I spoke to the manager she was adamant that I only asked for one game and said it would cost an additional $24 for another game. I knew I had asked for two games and asked if we could pay the extra $7 and have our second game, she was very rude and would not admit that she may have misheard, in essence accusing me of lying.
The were lanes available and the manager could have done the right thing and allowed us the second game.
Customer service is important, treating your customers with contempt will not encourage further patronage.
In this case we would have bowled another 5 days as we were enjoying the experience, but I don’t feel inclined to go back to Top Fun.
