点评：We recently visited Ketchikan on a cruise, and we chose the shore excursion to the Alaska Rainforest Sanctuary. We had a really great tour guide who was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all of the flora and fauna in the rainforest. It was a short bus ride from the port, and upon arrival our group was split into two smaller groups. There was a short briefing about staying close to the guide due to the probability of bear sightings. We never saw a bear, however we did see many eagles, species of birds, deer, and a seal. After the rainforest you view a canoe being built along with the blacksmith's activities. Then you are free to look at the many totem poles, wander into the gift shop, or the snack bar. The rainforest excursion and tour was just about the right amount of time, and it is suitable for families with children.
