Very Disappointed!!! Kevin was Rude

点评：We arrived at the Station an hour early to make sure we were at the correct place. Kevin was at the desk and very rudely informed us we were WAY TOO EARLY! I told we know what time it is and we wanted to make sure we were at the right place. He suggested we cancel our turkey train ride and he would refund us the money. I told him all we wanted was to make sure we were in the right place and that all he should have said. As we walked away we heard him say sarcastically “What a sweetheart”. Kevin is horrible. We decided to take the train ride. It was almost 30 minutes late starting. Communication is very minimal.
The table numbers was hand written on the window sill with a marker.
Food was good. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.
The train had a delay on the way back, we sat for a while after we finally started going again we heard the generator stopped working and the head light was not working (it was dusk)and it had to be fixed. Again, very poor communication.
Would not recommend this excursion!
