点评：I called and made a reservation for 2 pedicures so I could celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The reservation was made for 1 pm and I asked where we could eat lunch on the resort before our appointment. I was told the Lookout Bar would be open. We arrived at 11:30 and found the Lookout Bar was closed. We asked what was open and were told 1878 so we went there. Our experience there was very nice and our club sandwiches were huge and delicious! They even gave my girlfriend a complimentary piece of chocolate cake for her birthday! At 12:21 my phone rang and it was the spa asking where we were. They had us scheduled at 12 noon, not 1pm as I had reserved…. I told her we were finishing lunch and would be there at 1pm. I was told only one pedicure could be done then…of course the birthday girl got to enjoy and I sat waiting. VERY disappointed. My girlfriend lives in Florida so we don’t see each other very often so this was to be a fun way to celebrate her birthday and it was ruined. No one apologized either. While I was sitting there a man came in to buy a gift card. The woman at the desk couldn’t find the promotion he wanted to buy. He ended up going to the hotel check in to be assisted. It appears that there needs to be more training for these employees. My day had been a disappointment. There was no apology or offer for a free pedicure at a future date for their error.
