Specialized museum in a modern building
国家足球博物馆的点评
点评：My son and I were returning to Germany having watched a soccer match at Anfield recently and decided to spend a day out in Manchester before getting our return flight home. We headed for the National Football Museum which was relatively easy to find in an ultra modern building.
On the Wednesday morning in question the place was quiet - we realised that most of the other visitors were Greek - obviously killing time before their team's match against Manchester united the following evening.
To be honest I thought that the entrance fee of 16 quid per adult was a bit steep but there you go. One of the museum staff chatted to us for a bit and helped to orientate us around the place. There is a lot to read and learn and some of the interactive elements were fun. All in all, a unique experience.
