M&T Bank Stadium的点评
点评：Excuses a plenty, but there is no reason for the ineptitude shown at M&T Bank Stadium for the Army-Navy Game.
- I paid for Club-level seats and ended up on a ledge with obstructed views. Section 216 - couldn’t even see a corner of the end zone at al. Seats were not sold as obstructed view.
- Heightened Security for Presidential attendance is expected, but M&T could not have mismanaged stadium entry any worse. FedEx field was 1,000% easier and faster AND MORE SECURE.
- Access to Club Level was pathetic. The screening was ineffective / poorly designed and management was even worse. THERE WAS NO ON-SITE MANAGEMENT.
- Concession over site was lacking. Cold food and piles of trash. Game exit was hindered because trash bags were piled in exit tunnels.
- No ADA parking available in parking lot H. We could not buy parking for our 100% service disabled Veteran in our group. Bought parking and found out that the only lots for sale didn’t have handicapped spaces.
