点评：A farm-to-table restaurant with sustainability as its mission, Finca Rosa Blanca did not disappoint! You can't go wrong with any appetizer or meal you order.
Our handsome, english-speaking waiter, Sebastian, aimed to please with such adept service, our large party of six was more than grateful for his abundant knowledge of the farm's crops, the descriptions of our meal choices, and his ability to make you feel welcome like a long-missed family member.
Tucked away in the deep foliage and winding hills of Heredia, Costa Rica, this establishment is very unassuming. Once you walk through the restaurant gate and into the foyer, the warm and cozy wooden and bamboo ambiance invites you in with a warm hug. The open air seating was lovely with temperatures in the high 70's.
Do yourself a favor and either simply enjoy a meal here and/or stay in their Inn. I highly recommend this establishment!
