点评:Anglo Welsh provided a day boat for myself and 9 friends to enjoy the supberb views as we travel the canal sadly this was not to be. As we crossed the aqueduct Dotty started to smoke and splutter - she lost power and then died. It took us 20 minutes to get through on the phone to the Trevor Basis - they could offer no mechanic to come repair her - it took a further 20 minutes for them to establish where we were. Support from the team at Trevor bason was poor - nothing we can do - we will come and pick you up at 3pm and take some of you back to your cars. What did they expect us to do for 5 hours - while we waited to be picked up?? Lotty must have a history of breaking down as several passers by - joked ohh you are on Lotty - always breaking down. Someone form the office will call you on Monday and give you a full refund. This is not correct information - when I called Anglo Welsh - Neve stated int he terms and conditions you need to write a compliant and it takes 14 days to investigate and provide an outcome. Staff training was clearly lacking with the team from Trevor Basin. We are now 16 days post my compliant and still no refund or response. I would not recommend this company - with the attitude what do you expect we are coming to the end of the season - the boats breakdown.
