Safari Niagara的点评
点评：Today, I visited Safari Niagara with my three children, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations.
1. Based on the name, I had anticipated an open-range safari experience—similar to the African Lion Safari in Cambridge, ON—where visitors can observe animals in a natural, free-roaming environment via car or train. However, Safari Niagara is more of a traditional zoo, with animals housed in enclosures rather than a true safari-style setting.
2. Many of the animal enclosures were either empty or contained only one or two animals. Although the park covers a large area, the number of animals and size of the habitats felt limited and underwhelming.
3. The pricing throughout the park was quite high. For instance, giraffe feeding was $10 per person, and food and beverages were noticeably more expensive compared to other attractions such as Canada’s Wonderland or African Lion Safari.
4. On a hot summer day, it was surprising and disappointing to find that there were no water fountains available anywhere in the zoo. Visitors were required to purchase bottled water from vendors, with a small bottle costing $2.99 plus tax.
5. The park management appeared to be overly cautious about weather conditions. Despite no rainfall at the time, they shut down the Splash Pad due to the possibility of rain and thunder, asking all families and children to leave the area. This caused visible disappointment among visitors, especially the children, some of whom were in tears.
In summary, I found Safari Niagara to be a disappointing experience overall. Total waste of time and money.
