点评:I guess than most of you have never heard of this cathedral, but it justly deserves a visit. Outside, it looks austere and massive, it reminds more of a military building than a religious temple. The most remarkable parts are inside, being the access in a side street, where you can get your ticket and an audio-guide, which is detailed but a bit excessive. To get to the temple, you´ll have to cross and solemn and beautiful Renaissance cloister. That is the predominant style in the complex, but there are many Gothic elements too, like ribs on many of the vaults, the general layout of the temple and so on. Curiously enough, the three vaults have the same height, as it improves the building attacking performance in case of conflict. The baldachin in the main altar looks more recent, its style is Neoclassic, but the side chapels are mainly Renaissance, as well as the Chapter Hall with its cannon vault. Paintings and statuary are mostly Baroque. All in all, a very interesting monument.
