点评：Every single interaction with the “Office Manager” has been an unpleasant one. Every time we spoke she spoke to me as if I were ignorant. We plan on having our wedding ceremony there and if it weren’t so close to the date I would cancel and go elsewhere. At one point I called to find out if there was going to any type of clean up done to the pavilion before the wedding day, she responded in turn with “Well were not going to mop an open pavilion”, as if I was expecting that. My only concern was the amount of spider webs hanging everywhere. Also, I recently purchased the parking passes, the verbiage of the cost was not clearly stated and I misunderstood how much it would actually cost for group parking passes, instead of deescalating the situation, she continued to speak to me as if I were an idiot. I’ve been in customer service for 18 years and I have never encountered such a rude person. If you’re planning on having a special event I advise you look elsewhere to save yourself the headache of dealing with this extremely unprofessional, unpleasant woman.
