点评：I’ve never wrote one of these before but this I’ve had to absolutely disgusting service my son autistic and we had to drive back the same day we got there because the Carvan was terrible the door didn’t even lock told the staff we got no where inside was terrible dog poo all round the out side on the floor it’s stuck in there was told they couldn’t change us we have been emailing for a refund and phoning the service manger and general manger told them about our son and how we drove all the way back home didn’t use nothing the manager there hollie hipkiss and Carl the general manager are terrible they make out there not in the office and don’t return no emails atall so we are making formal complaint about both managers and the service we got there if your thinking of going away stay well away from st osyths Clacton pure discrimination against disability and we won’t be leaving it there
