点评：We booked this activity with three of our kids all under the age of 11. We were told it’s very safe and kid friendly and if our younger two were uncomfortable they could ride with my husband and I. We went right on the morning got onto the horses and asked what kind of guidance will we be receiving as there is 5 of us and we only had one tour guide. They then added another tour guide and expected the kids to know how to ride their horses (which we had been told we need no experience and we will receive the necessary help especially with the kids). Once there we were told the kids have to be on their own horse and expected to guide it with instructions given. Our kids were so upset they asked if they could try going in a circle, as we attempted all the kids horses went in their own direction. Due to lack of communication and safety our kids no longer felt safe doing this activity. We apologized to the your guide and explained to them our kids don’t feel safe, we are willing to pay for our drive to and forth to the horse ranch but is there anything that can be done as we did not do the activity nor did we have the lunch. We left quite disappointed as we are now told there is no refund as we were not told that when registering for this activity. The other part that upset us the most is that our kids were looking forward to this their whole trip so to have to tell them sorry these guys will not help us. So to anyone booking this activity please ensure that you can ride a horse as this experience was the worse one we have ever had.
