点评：My 13 year old and I showed up today and were not allowed in with the combo tickets.
Unfortunately the young man at the counter was quite rude about it. He just snapped “it’s been our policy for 20 years.” We are new to New Hampshire and drove an hour to get there. Nowhere on the tickets I bought did it say my daughter had to be 12 or under to get in. We started walking to the parking lot after being turned away and the same young man ran after us to grab our wrists and slice the wristbands off. This was not acceptable under any circumstance. My daughter is autistic and this was all a bit too much for her to process. Your facility should make accommodations for minors with disabilities. At the very least it should state clearly on the online tickets that you must be under 12 to get in. Exceptionally rude and unprofessional staff member. My daughter was left feeling like she had done something wrong after this interaction. Wouldn’t recommend at all. I lodged a complaint and was completely blown off. And still waiting for our “refund.”
