Good food but terrible customer service

点评：Things started off good.. server gave a few recommendations and things she didn’t like and seemed pleasant.
Food was very good, I ordered patty melt with the tater tots.
Problem was when I received bill. First I just got the credit card total receipt and not the itemized.
I had a feeling the bill was a little high and asked for the itemized receipt.
I then saw I was charged $1.50 for the side of tater tots in addition to the $12.99 for the sandwich but the tip of the menu says all burgers, sandwiches come with choice of fresh cut fries, regular fries or tots.
I brought it to the servers attention that there was an overcharge and she said “No I did it right there’s an upcharge for the tots” I then showed her the menu and the manager came over.
The manager said “well, I’m going to go ahead and give you your $1.50 back but there is an up charge for the tater tots” I again showed her the menu. She then stated that the option for tots as a side was a misprint. I asked and how am I suppose to know that and how is that my problem? How many people do you charge for tots as a side and they don’t even know it?
What could have been a good experience ruined by lack of common sense and complete stupidity.
