点评：We come here often over the years. This visit was rough. We got a table right away. It was our servers 1st day on a Saturday. She was very nice& in clearly thrown to the wolves. Yes she's obviously been a waitress b4& did pretty well considering but wow..She was running around & doing her best to 'do it all'. While the regular waitress that's been here yrs took her time doing anything. Zero rush or pep in her step. She spent more time behind the bar chatting to customers than actually working. We were a group of 4. From arrival to exit, we were there 2.5 hrs. It took forever & ever to get our food. We requested a sampler platter for an app& were told none were made up& they weren't going to be. So we had to pick something else. While we waited for food we watched 3 men come in, sit at a dirty table by us & leave 20min later cuz nobody greeted them. Tables weren't getting cleared during/after meals. We did notice that had the lady behind the bar talked less& helped the new girl more, they could have slayed the night. Even when she left the bar area to help, she didn't seem to do much work, just a snail pace. It was sad that she didn't seem to care about anything but having a good time. Maybe go help the kitchen that was so behind? We raved about this place to my in-laws. It was my fil's bday. We were embarrassed by the decline in service overall & cleanliness that we witnessed. The new server we had will end up quitting if she has to keep working harder than her coworker though, I know I would. At least someone on the main floor was trying Saturday.
