Food Has Gone Downhill But Service Is Still Great

点评：We have been going there for both table service and takeout for many years. It's our local pub. Unfortunately, the food has gone downhill over the past six months.
The Big BLT is lacking in bacon compared to what it used to be. The nachos are really skimpy on the toppings compared to what they used to be, and the tortilla chips are so thin that they break when you try to pick them up with topping on them. The quesadilla tortilla was all cracked when served. Yes, it's supposed to be a bit crispy, but not cracked, and shatter upon biting into it. Just so many little things that are wrong with one dish after another.
Some menu items listed on their new website aren't available (cheese curds), and others are priced a buck higher than shown. At least they could get someone to spend 15 minutes updating the website when the menu and prices change.
This is such a shame, because after Wycombe Publick House closed a few years ago, The Wyck became our go-to place. There are only so many chances I can give them, ordering different things I used to love that sadly fall short these days of how good they used to be.
