Copper Point Golf Club的点评
点评：We were a group of 12 from across western Canada visiting the Kootenays on an annual golf trip. Booking tee times was easy. We booked well in advance. Staff met us at the club drop off and had our golf carts ready. A small issued arose when one of the golfers in our group had heard his wrist the day before. Under the circumstances, (medical) the green fee for this player should have been waived. Instead, the course offered a "rain check". Since none of the golfers are from the Kotoenays, this was not a practical solution. The starter/marshal was initially friendly and helpful and became overly aggressive as we finished our round 5 minutes over the "pace of play". We also experienced difficulty with our lunch. We were playing two rounds and requested time to have lunch in their restaurant. As a result of our morning round being delayed and not enough time allotted for lunch we had to take a hot dog on the run. Upon the completion of our round we were greeted by staff with cool towels and a cleaning of our clubs. Over all the support staff was excellent however pro shop staff need to be more accommodating.
